Spacious and comfy room, great location with lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. Enjoyed the beautiful pond for evening walks. Quick metro access and daily amenities provided. The buffet lunch offered an extensive variety.

The Pullman Hefei Sunac was really good. The management was helpful and efficient. The room was big, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was well-maintained and professionally run. The location was convenient with nearby amenities and a beautiful pond for evening strolls. The buffet lunch offered a wide choice of delicious food.
Couldn't fault the stay.

The hotel is situated near a large mall with a variety of dining options and a scenic lake that's perfect for an evening walk. the management can communicate effectively in English and provide efficient service during events such as weddings. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and provided amenities. Guests can also enjoy an extensive buffet lunch.
Some staff members might have limited English proficiency.

We had an incredible luxurious stay at this hotel. the room advantages were outstanding with exclusive amenities such as a steam room and a private leisure/TV room. the service was impeccable, with the management and staff always speaking English and being incredibly helpful.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location, with the hotel being a little distant from the downtown area. this was compensated by the stunning view of the lake from our room and the beautiful garden area around the hotel.

We enjoyed our Easter vacation in a hotel with spacious and clean rooms. the hotel's key location, with many restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance, made it convenient for us to have meals and enjoy shopping.
We were highly disappointed with the poor communication skills of the staff. We found it difficult to communicate with some of them as they were not fluent in English.

The size of the room was great and very clean. The bed was a dream to sleep on. The hotel had a very professional feel. There were many options for dining within walking distance of the property, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water and amenities were replenished every day, which was great. A buffet lunch was served and there was a great variety of food to choose from.
The location was not ideal, as it was far away from the downtown area and airport. The view of the surrounding area was not very pleasant because of the smog.
